About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and well organised individual. An ideal opportunity to take your first steps into the world of business. You will develop your skills and abilities and gain valuable experience.  Alongside this you will be offered the opportunity to undertake a Level 3 apprenticeship program.

What will I be doing?

  • You will handle and receipt customer documentation.
  • Print and sort customer documentation.
  • Check that documentation matches our company systems.
  • Chase any missing documentation.
  • Accurately input data entry on company systems.
  • Use supplier websites to obtain correct and accurate data.
  • Communicate via email and telephone with client’s and suppliers.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system
  • Undertaking training as required
  • Working well as part of a team and continually improving processes


What are the requirements?

You will have your GCSE Maths and English Level 4 or above
You will have excellent communication skills, spoken and written
Build good working relationships with work colleagues and our customers
Enjoy problem solving and eager to learn
Ability to organise and plan own work
Demonstration of the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
PC Literacy including Word & Excel
